Mrs. Olaoye Faith Binta graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna and obtained her MBA in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State.

She is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

She started her insurance career in 1986 as an underwriting clerk with Global Risk Network Insurance Brokers Limited from where she joined NEM insurance Plc as an insurance superintendent. She later moved to Industrial & General Insurance Plc as branch manager. After which she joined F.A Oni Insurance as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director.

She was a member, Organizing Committee of the 1995 Annual Education Seminar of the CIIN held in Kaduna. She was a Social Secretary of Chartered institute of Nigeria, Kaduna chapter; and also the Chairman, Organizing Committee of the 1st CIIN Kaduna chapter Insurance Week.

With a career spanning over three decades, and proven experience in technical underwriting/claims management, marketing and branch management.  She has contributed and still contributes to the growth of the insurance industry.

Faith has attended many local and international courses on insurance and management. She is happily married with children.
